            - Please do not subscribe to the ML if you don't intend to participate. You will be removed.

            - The Fest will officially begin on 9 March and end on 18 July, 2004.

            - All stories MUST be slash or pre-slash and must feature Remus Lupin as part of the primary pairing.

            - All stories MUST be beta-read prior to submission.

            - Stories should be submitted as an attachment in plain text format (.TXT) and NOT in the body of an email.

            - Submit stories directly to the archivist ([email protected]) with the subject line: HOWLING SUB: title of story

            - Please do not post your submissions on the list. Backup copies of your submission may be uploaded to the Second Wave folder in the files section, if you wish.

            - All stories must contain a header including the following information:
              TITLE:
              AUTHOR:
              PAIRING: RL/other character
              RATING:
              FEEDBACK: your email address (optional)

              SUMMARY:

              SPOILERS: Mention if the story contains any spoilers for book 5: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
              ARCHIVING: 'Howling At The Moon: The Remus J. Lupin Fuh-Q-Fest' and any other archives and lists of your choice.

            - All participants are required to be over 18 years of age. Underaged members will be unsubscribed.

            - All stories must be original works by the author, not posted anywhere else.

            - 'Howling At The Moon' reserves the right to archive all submissions exclusively up to and including 21 July, 2004. All subsequent posts and archiving must link back to the fest website.
