Purpose A trust fund for the benefit of Timothy has been opened. The purpose of this trust fund is to help raise money to assist Timothy's family through Timothy's cancer treatment and recovery. Because of Timothy's illness, the family now has many additional expenses and Tim's school attendance has been interrupted. What Donations Will be used For The money that is donated to the trust will be used by the fund executor to help Timothy's parents pay for medical, health, and educationl expences for Timothy. Some items that donations may pay for are prescriptions, medical equipment, health and medical consultations, special dietary and vitamin supplements, and academic tutoring and supplies. All receipts and documentation will be kept to satisfy the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). If any excess money is donated to this account, it will be donated to the charity fund of the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). What Donations Will NOT be used For These funds will not be used for toys, gifts, or trips for Timothy, or anyone else. It will only be used for things that have been recommended to the family by a medical, health, or educational professional. Your Check Make all checks payable to Timothy's Trust Fund.
