"I'm going to dance,"Howie announced once again leaving Kevin to himself.
"Have fun,"Kevin responded as he continuously watched the two dancing.
"May  I cut in?"Howie inquired.
"Sure," they both agreed not realizing he was sandwiching himself between the two lovely ladies on the dance floor.
He faced Terri first and offered into her ear,"If I bought you a drink, would you leave me alone here with your friend?"
Hopes dwindled once again."Sure."
"Just tell them to add it to room number 7301."
"You're an angel. By the way,it'd be a shame if you didn't meet my friend."
"Your friend can introduce himself if he's interested."
"Sure thing sweetheart but you'll be missing out on a great guy."
"I'm sure he is but Sher, "She yelled over the loud music.
"Yeah?"
"Have fun.  I think I'm gonna go play a few slots and call it an evening."
"You sure?"
"Yes I am.  Have fun dear.  See you in the morning,"she walked away.  Great!  I'm the only one not gettin' any tonight.
"Is your friend gonna be okay?"Howie turned to Sherl apologetically.
"She'll be fine."
"You're sure."
"Positive,"she noticed the tall, dark and handsome one following her friend out of the club."You're friend seems to be leaving as well."
"Let's hope he's following her then."
"Why's that?"
"He barely took his eyes off of her long enough to acknowledge our presence. Forgive me but I haven 't introduced myself.  I'm Howard but my friends call me Howie."
"Sherl but what can I call you?"
"Anything your heart desires."
You don't know the half of it sweetheart."Now where were we?"
"We were going to dance the night away."  Amongst other things.
