Taken in the Republic of Panama.  Mila (on the right) was from Puerto Rico and was my room-mate in the barracks.  She wanted to serve her time in the Army and then become a nurse.  I assume she did that.

These two young Latinos were trying to sell me this bird.  I didn't buy it because I didn't think the CO would have liked an animal in the barracks.
