RV Trip #1: Crestview RV Campground, Buda, TX, 11/22/03-11/23/03

Background of trip: Crestview RV is the place where we bought the RV, and they have a campground in the back of their RV lot. We picked up the RV on 11/22/03, and stayed overnight at their campground for the Levy-mobile's maiden "voyage". Scott and Kandy live in Kyle, TX, which is about 5 minutes from the campground, so they visited and shared in our first adventure. This trip was a chance for us to try and learn all about the different parts of our purchase. We flipped out both tents, tried all the appliances, CD player, Air-conditioning (it was a bit warm that day), and heater (got cooler at night). We also tried all the hook-ups (water, electric, and sewer). The technician at the RV store walked us through all of the stuff for about an hour, including how to connect the Expedition to the trailer. We probably heard him wrong regarding the water pump because we had it on when the freshwater tank was empty and it ended up making an interesting noise. Also, it got very windy that night and the water heater flame blew out twice.
