Ice Hockey is my favorite sport. I play hockey on two teams. Both teams are pretty good. The NHL has had some bad seasons like the 2005 lockout seasons. There has been many serious injuries and suspensions in hockey. Patrice Bergeron on the Boston Bruins got injured badly when he got hit into the boards, broke his nose, and go a concussions. A bad suspension was Kyle Mclearen hit his opponent cheaply and he was band from the game for a long time. Hockey is a very fast and pyhsical sport that is very fun to watch, and to play.

I play hockey for the Northstars and I aslo play for Lincoln. The Northstars lost in the championship and Lincoln is still in the regular season. Both teams are pretty good. I really like hockey and how fun it is. I play defense and really like it. Sometimes I wish i was a foward, but I really like defense. It is just as inporatant stopping people from scoring, as it is scoring. Alougth stopping a gaol doesn't go on the score sheet people still recognize who stopped a goal. If you make a mistake on defense or let someone by you so you have to play good.
Hockey has had many great players. People have done great things and broken som great records. For example, Sidney Crosby has aleady broken several reacords and he is already in his second year in the NHL. Wayne Gretzky was one of the greatest hockey players and he broke many records and did things that were really hard to do.
