it can get pretty boring staying up with nothing to do. it also gets very tiring. thats were activities come in. there fun, and there active. thats why there called ACTIVEities, here's some ideas:

ROPE SWING: get a fairly strong rope, some duct tape, and some fish-eye hooks. drill two fish eye hooks about a foot apart on the cieling about two-three feet from the edge of the bed. next slip each end of the rope through the fish-eye hooks. now adjust the loop of the rope (the U between the hooks) acording to your height. you should be able to hold the rope with no slack on the bed. once this is done, tie the rope to the hooks. finally, wrap the duct tape around the part you will hold. your swing is done.

POP-CAN BOWLING: this is if you have a bunch of pop cans in your room(like me). all you do is gather 10 empty pop cans (hopefully mountain dew: code red) and assemble them in a triangle shape like so:

next you grab a hard rubber ball and start bowling!!

Internet, games, TV,  you name it, there fun.

if you have a sound recorder on your computer you can have lots of fun waisting time. first make a random recording or find somthing of a download. then you can mess withe the speed and other thing. if you can get zims laugh of of our downloads make it reapet and put it super fast , you'll be on the floor laghing so hard you can't breath.
