The original smaller section of the main property house is permitted, (now the current kitchen area) and an extension was added on around the year 2000, for which a building permit was pulled and will need to be finalized.
The buyer/s would have to finalize this permit, on ones own, if one wishes, after the sale or simply leave it as it is now.

The property will be sold in this �As Is� state. The house is in good condition, it could use of a few minor and simple repairs.

An earnest money deposit of $5000 would be required to hold the property.
The check for the above amount would be held in an escrow account.
