 Thank you for your interest in purchasing a kitten.  The deposit on the kitten of the amount of $100.00 is a non-refundable amount.  The deposit can be transferred to a kitten from another litter, should the breeder determine that it is a valid reason to request this or if anything should happen to the kitten while in my care.  The full payment of the kitten is due upon collection.  

Within 10 days if you are not happy with the kitten, please return it to me and your purchase price less the original deposit will be returned to you.  The reason/s for the kitten’s return are to remain confidential and is unconditional for whatever reasons such as child’s allergy, kitten playing too much, kitten is stressed, and so forth.  

This offer does not include any veterinary costs incurred by you for the kitten while in your care but all kittens returned will be subject to a veterinarian’s inspection to ensure the health and well being of the kitten.  The non-refundable deposit covers the cost of this inspection.   

All documentation provided by the breeder to you must also be returned included vaccination certificate, pedigree, microchipping certificate, information sheets, and award ribbons.
