There is a kilometre wide nature strip between the house and the ocean. The house is totally private with direct access to the beach which is ten minutes walk or 1 minute drive away.
    The house is in Coconut Wells, a rural area 18 Kms from the town of Broome in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. There are 5 Kms of wide good dirt road on the 15 minute drive to the shopping malls and first class facilities of town.
    Facilities of the house and grounds include a heated swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, an office with computer, printer and scanner. 2 TV sets with DVD and VCR players. 4 Air conditioned bedrooms, 2 breezy bedrooms, a bush gazebo with Queen Size bed and shady, landscaped gardens.
     Terms and conditions: Rental is for no less than a week, at $2000 + GST.

Deposit of 50% required 5 days after booking.
In case of cancellation more than 14 days before date of arrival, full refund of deposit minus 10% for handling expenses.
     No refund if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before date of arrival.
