| SERVERY LAYOUT Centered within the servery is a large temwood counter, a sunken basin is embedded within, a pump overhead for fresh spring water. Above the counter are rows of shelving containing all drinking vessels, goblets, tankards, mugs,horns, three footed clay bowls. Beneath the counter are shelves containing trays, platters, plates, cutlery, urns and carafes. Hanging metal baskets are overhead containing various fresh fruits and vegtables. To the left is a large servery hearth with heavy metal kettles for fresh Blackwine and Hot paga, they are lidded and ladels hang to the side for filling drinking vessels. Located on the right are warming racks for various baked goods and also holding verr skin paga bota's for those wishing their paga warm. To the right of the counter is the cold room. Within are racks holding various bottles of ka-la-na and other types of fine wines, large ale caskes with spigots are towards the rear. Various chilled fruit juices and fresh spring water are kept in urns or carafes on the shelves. On the floor are buckets holding ice shards for chipping.
