DownStairs Loo and Shower-Cubical room. and Downstairs Lobby-Storage-room under the stairs. Back Patio-garden is private and the Dinning/kitchen room leads onto it via Patio Doors which let in a lot of light as the garden is South Facing.

House is Close to all amenities (shops, doctors, primary school etc: In Town, there is All the shops you could need: Literally 5 min walk from the house there is a Large Tesco and a Big Children's-park across from the house. Co-op, Summerfields, (Tesco), WhSmith, Iceland, Homebase, Argos, toy/craft super store, a big Slades-Garden centre as well as Many Home-named little stores, a Large Sainsburys is going to be opening soon, along with Lidl & Budgins. There is also a leisure centre, Swimming baths as well as a Train-station and Honiton Hospital

Honiton also boasts Fantastic Rail and Car links to, Exeter city centre, Exeter Airport & Sidmouth Coastal town. .
