         The following are the official Bi-laws of the House Evergreen, and shall be followed to the full extent, or ye will face the consequences!

1)     Administration
a.      The house has an established High Command and High Counsel, both assist in managing the house and its activities.
i.      Established High Command:
1.      The Head of The House shall forever, until he relinquishes command, be Peter Marshal (m.k.a. Brad McGarr).
2.      The Minister of Arms & The Minister of Hospitality shall forever, until he relinquishes command, be Jiken no _________ Kenshin (name change expected soon)(m.k.a. John Urdahl).
ii.     The High Counsel:
1.      Primary duty of the High Counsel is to specialize in specific duties, and carry them out to the fullest extent.
a.      Counsel members are appointed by the High Command based on Seniority and Valor, as well as awards, commendations, chivalry, devotion tothe S.C.A., and, good behavior. Also, those who are good fighters will have a better chance at a position in the Counsel.
b.      All house members must follow the orders of anyone in the Counsel, and all in the High Command. Failure to do so will result in immediate disciplinary action.
2)     Other Members
a.     The following is the structure of the House, outside of the administration.
i.     Awarded Knights
ii.     Veteran Knights
iii.      Rookie Knights
iv.      Knights� assistants
v.      Non-fighting members
3)    Thus ends the administrative code. The following is the Coded Bi-laws.

1.0)         Membership
1.01)      Inquiries to membership welcomed at any time to the High Command.
1.01)1.     Upon answering of the request to join, the �inductee�, who shall be called this until induction, will complete the following.
1.01)1.1.     Attitude test
1.01)1.2.     Chivalry test
1.01)1.3.     Willingness to fully mend with the S.C.A.
1.01)1.4.     Proper Attire
1.01)1.4.1.    This shall be the last step, and If one makes it to Attire, they shall consider themselves joined.
1.02)      Initiation
1.02)1.   Once a member, it is only fitting that one must go through initiation.This process will be left to the counsel, but will consist of at least the following:
1.02)1.1.     A battle with any person in the House that they so choose.
1.02)1.2.     Purchase of a gift to the house. (Food is preferred, for we get mighty hungry fighting and practicing) [temporary waved]
2.0)         Meetings and Practices
2.01)     Anyone in the house can call for a practice, and any one is free to form small practices that are not sanctioned by the house.
2.01)1.       There shall be one major house practice a month, in which all must arrive in their house garb.
2.01)2.       There shall be one meeting of the house a month, in which the business shall be sorted, all must wear their garb.
2.01)3.       The Counsel and Command have the authority to call for additional meetings and or practices if it seen necessary.
2.01)3.1.     A practice location will be claimed by the High Command once there are a few members.
3.0)          Events and Wars
3.01)      This house will attend all of the wars, unless the command sees fit to not.
3.01)1. The command has the authority to cancel the attendance of the house for the following reasons:
3.01)1.1.     Unstable weather may prohibit travel or endanger house members.
3.01)1.2.     Unready-ness
3.01)1.3.     In accordance with U.S. Government recommendations.
3.01)1.4.     Natural disaster
3.01)1.5.     economic problems
3.01)1.6.     Terrorist threats
3.01)1.7.     Distance from our Incipient College
3.01)1.8.     etc.
3.02)     The house will attend all other events, unless the command sees fit to not.
3.03)      Camping at wars:
3.03)1.     The House will reside with each other during a war.
3.03)2.     The house will not set a curfew, except the night before a battle.
3.03)3.     There shall be no noise ordinance prohibiting irritating neighboring persons.
[Clarification: The house shall not impose such an ordinance, but the house must follow event camping rules and regulations regarding noise, i.e. no noise in the quiet zone]
3.03)4.      The House shall strive to have the cleanest camp.
3.03)5.      The House will respond to any requests from the Incipient College,                                   other Baronies Command, and the Kingdom.
3.03)5.1.     The house will keep a fire in accordance with local fire laws.
3.03)6.     The House will strive to be the politest in the arena.
3.03)7.      Failure to comply with the above will result in immediate discipline.
4.0)          Events un-sanctioned by Kingdom or College.
4.01)      On occasion, the command and counsel will see it fit to hold a House Event, such as a awards competition, a luncheon, or a camping trip.
4.02)     These events shall serve as practice for other events.
5.0)         These are the full and complete bi-laws, which are in addition to any S.C.A or Kingdom                      rules.
5.01)     The Command and Counsel have the authority to change these bi-laws.
5.01)1.    Any change proposed by the counsel will go before the Command.
5.01)2.    The Command may make any changes necessary, only after consulting with the other command officer.
6.0)         Office Seals
6.01)     The following seals have been designed specifically for the coordinating office.
6.01)1. The Seal of the Office of the Head of the Household:
6.01)2. The Seal of the Minister of Arms and Hospitality:
6.01)3. The Seal of the Office of Prefect
6.02)      These are the approved seals of the offices of the House Evergreen.
6.03)     Proper Displaying of the Seals:
6.03)1.    During Events:
6.03)1.1.     The seal of one�s office must be displayed on the outside of one�s tent encampment, or on a post and board just outside of the tent.
6.03)1.2.     The seal must be visible to all who seek the officer.
6.03)1.3.     Though a member holds a house office, no special treatment should be expected from non-household members. These offices hold no rank in the general operations of the S.C.A. These offices are simply for the use of household members, visitors, and guests of the encampment.
6.03)2.     During Recruiting Operations:
6.03)2.1.     The seal of one�s office must be displayed at the information table, in front of the office holder�s chair.
6.03)2.2.     Non-office holding members must display the House Seal at the information table.
7.0)         Necklaces and bracelets of the Officers:
7.01)      Officers of the House Evergreen may be issued bracelets or necklaces, showing their rank in the household.
7.01)1.     4 Gold Beads and 2 Silver Beads are signature of the Head of the Household
7.01)2.     2 Gold Beads and 2 Silver Beads are signature of the Minister of Arms and Hospitality
7.01)3.     2 Gold Beads and 2 Blue Beads are signature of the Prefect
7.01)4.     2 Silver Beads and 1 Blue and 1 Red Bead are signature of honors of the house
7.01)5.     3 red beads and 3 white beads, with 1 silver or gold bead in center are signature of honored guests of the house.
7.01)6.    The Grand Council has the authority to design new trinkets for the household
8.0)          The previous are amendments to the Bi-laws of the House are approved by the Head of the House, 7/7/2003
