Karen Denise Followell, 47, Lebanon, died August 12, 2002, at Norton Spring View Hospital, Lebanon. Born October 21, 1954, in Marion County, Followell was a former school teacher and member of Lebanon Baptist Church and the Lebanon Baptist Women's Mission. She was preceded in death by: her mother, Carrie Lu Hourigan Followell. Survivors include: her father, L. C. Followell of Lebanon; and three brothers, Billy Followell of Lebanon, Howard Followell of Mt. Washington and James Followell of Gravel Switch. Funeral services were held August 15 at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, with burial in Haysville Cemetery, near Gravel Switch. Rev. Wesley Noss officiated. Pallbearers were Brent Johnson, Dr. John C. Polk, Bruce Hays and Howard, Billy and James Followell. Bosley Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. |
