PERRYVILLE -- Michael B. Elliott, 42, of Gravel Switch died Monday. Born Aug. 30, 1960, in Marion County, he was the son of Norman and Marilyn Orberson Elliott of Gravel Switch. He was a self-employed heavy equipment operator. He was a member of Manna Harvest Tabernacle, National Rifle Association, Sons of American Legion, National Wild Turkey Federation and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Other survivors include his wife, Angela Miller Elliott; a son, Daniel B. Elliott of Gravel Switch; two stepdaughters, Jessica Crain of Burgin and Tammie Baker of Parksville; a sister, Mitzi Smith of Gravel Switch; a brother, Marty Elliott of Danville; maternal grandmother, Naomi Hourigan of Lebanon; and three stepgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by a stepson, Bo Crain. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Perryville United Methodist Church by Jerry Lanham, John Hockersmith, Gerald Gaddis and Marty Elliott. Burial will be in Beech Fork Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Todd Simpson, Jim Headley, Ricky Hourigan, Barry Elliott, Eddie Lanham and Allen Ellis. Visitation is after 5 p.m. today and after 8 a.m. Wednesday at Wilder Funeral Home and after noon Wednesday at the church. Memorials may go to Heritage Hospice, Manna Harvest Tabernacle, and Gideons International Bible Fund.
