Jamie Lloyd from Halloween.
       Halloween 4
10 years from the first deaths in Haddonfield, Michael Myers escapes an Institution and goes after his young niece, Jamie. In Halloween 5, she's in a Children's Clinic and doesn't speak. She also has a psychic bond with her psychotic uncle. Danielle Harris pulls off one of her best performances and one of the best performances.
Jamie is a normal girl-in the fourth movie-with the exception of excessive nightmares. She's an eight-year-old insomniac. However, her fear of the "nightmare man" (aka Michael Myers)is ignored by others around her. She's a bit shy, and like Tommy Doyle in the first movie, is teased by other children.

Kid-Every day is Halloween at Jamie's house, right Jamie? Cause your uncle's the boogeyman.

Kid 2-How come your mommy didn't make you a costume, Jamie?

Kid 3-She can't. Her mommy's dead.

Kid-Jamie's mommy's a mummy.

Jamie-Leave me alone! Stop it, okay? Stop it!

Jamie is, of course, scared of her Uncle, but still a little compassionate with him in the end and very brave. She also ends up copying him-that is, dressing up in a clown costume and stabbing her stepmom with scissors. She has a lot of character developement, and instead of making you root for the bad guy to kill her, like we do for so many annoying kids these days, she provokes sympathy and concern for herself.
       Halloween 5
It's been one year since Jamie stabbed her stepmom. She's stopped talking, and has developed a psychic bond with her uncle, Michael Myers, who survived a shooting from 4. But unlike Michael, she does interact with other people in this movie, and not with knives or anything like that.
Jamie has nightmares, once again, but this time, they're real. She's experiencing Michael Myer's kills, both as the victim and as the killer. She knows when he's going to strike, where and who he's going to attack. Dr. Loomis tries to use this to his advantage, but Jamie is trying to protect Michael.
Until he attacks her stepsisters friend, Tina. She manages to motion out where Tina is and, for awhile, they save

her when she doesn't even know she's in danger. Jamie is worried about Tina, not wanting anything to happen to her. So she finally starts to talk, just to warn her.

Jamie-Tina, don't go.

Tina-I have to.

Jamie-Why?

Tina-You don't understand now, but someday there'll be people you meet that make you feel connected. Like your heart is made of neon. You gotta be with them.

Jamie-But he was with you.

Tina-Who?

Jamie-(Refering to her Uncle.) The boogeyman.

Tina-(Thinking she means her boyfriend.) That's one way of describing him.

Jamie, in this movie, shows compassion and a connection, not just psychic and for a short time, for Michael.  Near the end, she asks him to take his mask off and comments that he looks just like herself.
Jamie is truely brave and strong in this movie. She makes every attempt to survive, and does. Too bad she got screwed over in 6 and wasn't even played by Danielle.
