HISTORY
               Something to read if you're bored
Our world of HPE started back on April 1st, 2001. It was originally just a small video game information site, with some other things such as jokes and stuff. It ran on for a while, being hosted on Freeservers.

It all began when a young(er) Andy went browsing around the Internet on night in the late Summer of 2000. Looking for a cool gaming website, I stumbled upon GameTalk. Being a complete Sonic Nerd, I headed for their Sonic Adventure 2 (Dreamcast) Forum and started talking. I made a few friends there including Tenchin, whom you may know from the comic community. I hung on Gametalk for a few months.

Then in early 2001 I came across Freeservers and decided I should make a site. At first it was video game stuff as I said, then that Summer I had a few attempts at starting a few comics:
Ahh...hasn't changed a bit has it? Well, yes.
Cough. It did very poorly. Anyway, after several months of new comic-site creating and comic-making, I took a break for a while. During the Summer months of 2001, I created a new Geocities site and started Life In Hell. I then began recruiting staff. There was me, E-Mik, Chaos, Channy and Darknuckles. But then I fired them all because they never done anything. The site is now managed by Reilly.

Over the last 5 years (this being 2006) we've had:
- Jokes
- Fan comics (about two)
- Quotes
- Conspiracies
- A whole bunch of other crap.

Let's continue our wonderful journey.
