The final project was developed and processed with accurate control on exteriors-interiors and fixtures implementations, ensuring standards, specifications and brands guidelines, documented in Autocad 2D and 3D.
Enhancing the interaction and communication between teams, vendors, contractors and clients, while monitoring project execution, scheduling planning activities and design and project status reports arriving in the close-out, when the project is successful finished and the business company's goals have been met.

I documented the work in Autocad 2D Construction -plans packages for Bids, permits, organization assets and company's documents, shop drawing for approvals for Buildings/Facilities projects and Autocad 3D modeling rendering for store presentations. The project control process includes reports and evaluation of the building-stores conditions before, during and after the work is performed.
