Wait for the cinema to go until Carrington says �discuss�. Press start, and run down to the hall. Punch out the guard in the back, then turn left. Punch out the FBI agent, and then head to the area with the dumpster and the two civilians. Go look down the other hallway, and shoot the guard in the back. Now look a little bit further ahead, and shoot the FBI agent. Now go push the dumpster in the previous section against the explosive barrels. Now blow up one of the barrels, which will cause the dumpster to blow up as well. When the dumpster blows up, collect the bombspy that falls out, and deploy it immediately.
Go to the area where the elevator to the G5 building is. Once there, wait a couple of seconds, then after everyone has run in close to it, blow it up. This is an alternative way to create a diversion. After you do that, run out to the main street, and throw your tracer bug on the black limousine. Now run and collect your equipment from the gutter. Now run back to the area where the second FBI agent was, and run up the fire exit. Kill any guards on the first level, then place your remote mine on the brown door. From here, run to the area where you detonated your bombspy to complete the level.
