Tenchi�s father and somewhat of a pervert. He�s very pleased that there are so many girls at his house now and seems to take everything in stride. It doesn�t really phase him that there are two princesses, a mad scientist, a demon and a galaxy police officer at his house now�he just wants to get a peek. You see this in episode 4 (Mihoshi Falls to the Land of Stars) where he wants to go over to the girls� bath with his special �peeping� outfit. You learn a lot more about him in the first movie and how he met Tenchi�s mother, Achika.
