This is the level headed partner to Mihoshi. She is only in the Mihoshi Special, in the OAV, and ends up being abandoned in the end of the episode. Kiyone's record was somewhat tarnished by Mihoshi but she really couldn't do anything about it. Kiyone is the smart one in the bunch (especially in the TV series) and very cool headed. Unfortunately, she is only in one episode of the OAV but if you are a fan of her's, try the TV series. She's a great character, one of my favorites.
