~Timberwolves X-TREME TEAM~:
The dynamic group of men and women making up the Timberwolves Extreme Team are a professional co-ed team that combines high energy dancing, skilled tumbling and spectacular partner stunting. Each dancer and cheerleader is an energizing highlight at home games; combined, they are recognized as a vital part in the promotion and support of the Timberwolves organization.
Extreme Team performances are geared toward entertaining every fan attending games and appearances, and each highlights the athleticism, style and grace of the performers. The dazzling, talented team consistently works throughout the year to provide Timberwolves fans and the Minnesota community with the most exciting and cutting edge entertainment found anywhere in the NBA today.
With a strong focus on providing fans with the ultimate experience of supporting the Timberwolves, the Extreme Team has helped cement a new tradition within the experience of attending the games of the hottest professional basketball team around. Look for members of the Extreme Team on the court from preseason through postseason, as well as
through the United States representing the Minnesota Timberwolves.
~Magic Dancers~:
The Orlando Magic Dancers are a professional dance team that helps make the Orlando Magic the hottest show in town! Established in 1988, 16 of Orlando's most talented dancers, gymnasts, and entertainers have thrilled fans for the last 15 seasons.
~Rockets Power Dancers~:
The Houston Rockets Power Dancers are one of the premier dance teams in the NBA. This spirited and enthusiastic group leads Rockets fans in cheering for the home team, as well as performing explosive tumbling and creative high-energy dance routines.
The 21-member squad first began dancing during the 1995-96 season and has since become popular entertainment at all breaks in the game. They perform at pregame player introductions, timeouts, halftime and postgame. Managed by the top choreographer in the league, they have changed the face of NBA dance teams with their high energy dance routines and spirited enthusiasm.
~Chicago LuvaBULLS~:
The Luvabulls are on hand at all of the Bulls home games, dazzling the crowds at the United Center. This group of twenty-five beautiful, talented and articulate women also makes numerous personal appearances at conventions, trade shows, sales meetings, promotional events and charitable events around the country. They have travelled frequently to Europe appearing at international basketball tournaments in Holland, England and France.
The Luvabulls are one of the most recognized dance teams in sports. Members of the team also represent the club at a number of special events throughout the year including private and corporate parties, award banquets, charity events and promotional engagements.
Luvabulls must be at least twenty-one years old and have full-time employment or be full-time students.

Dance ability is essential and high school or college dance or cheerleading experience is helpful. Selections to the group are made based on appearance, personality and dance ability. Rehearsals are held two evenings per week.
~The Warrior Girls~:
The Warrior Girls are a magnificent melting pot of energy, beauty and most of all talent! The 2004-05 season will mark the 20th year the Warrior Girls have been an explosive and valuable entity of the Golden State Warriors " Great Time-Out". Their collective talents include, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, lyrical, Hawaiian Hula and Modern dance.
In addition to the rigorous practice schedule, 41 home games and community events, the dancers have a wide variety of occupations ranging from a Vice- President of Industrial Client Sales at a major brokerage firm, students to even full-time mothers.
Under the direction of Shelby Alexander, the girls remain one of the most exciting dance teams in the league. No stranger to the NBA, Shelby entertained fans as a Houston Rockets Power Dancer for six years before joining the Warriors. She is also the Director for the Warriors Jr. Jam Squad, which includes children ranging from 7-13 years of age.
~The Wizard Dancers~:
The Wizards Dancers are multi-talented, high-energy dancers who represent the most powerful city in the world. The Wizards players aren�t the only athletes taking the court at the MCI Center. With their intricate dance moves and exciting routines, the Wizards Dancers rock the MCI Center at every home game. These women execute dance routines that require a combination of strength, flexibility, and timing. In addition to performing at all home games, the Wizards Dancers add professionalism and class to charitable events throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas.
The Wizards Dancers range in age from 19-30 and are full-time working professionals, full-time college students, or maintain both! These women are extremely well-rounded and diverse to say the least. It takes passion, dedication, and discipline to be a Wizards dancer. The dancers hit the gym for a team workout and rehearsal 2 nights per week for 3-4 hours a night year round in addition to their rigorous work, school, charity, and game schedules.
~Kings Royal Court Dancers~:
Since the mid-80s, the Kings Organization has shared the floor with one of the most exciting dance teams in the NBA. The new look of the dancers bring tremendous amount of energy to the organization, adding to the overall entertainment value of each and every Kings home game. Beyond the confines of ARCO Arena, these women have established themselves as a premium entertainment attraction at hundreds of appearances - worldwide. The Royal Court Dancers have had the opportunity to go international when they performed at the 1999 NBA Japan Games in Tokyo. They also appeared on the NBA Inside Stuff and ESPN where they were promoting their very own "I LOVE THIS GAME" NBA commercial. The team has also traveled and performed at the Kings preseason games in Albuquerque, Reno and Las Vegas.
The dance team consists of twelve women, ranging in age from 19 - 27 and have relocated from all over the nation. The dancers excite the fans with their high energy and explosive dance routines. Some of the dancers credits include; MTV videos, Music Circus Productions, NFL Dance Teams, Miss Sacramento, Miss Stockton, Miss Dance Utah, and winning several National Dance Competitions. Off the court, the dancers' hours are filled with community events and charity fundraisers. The dancers perform, sign autographs, take photos and help out with raffles for various associations including Muscular Dystrophy, Mercy Foundation, Leukemia Society, American Heart Walk and the Boys and Girls Club of Sacramento.

~Raptors Dance Pack~:
The Raptors Dance Pak brings its own electrifying energy to all Raptors home games, under the direction of team coordinator/choreographer Courtney Niven.
A key element of the Raptors' in-game entertainment, the squad is comprised of highly-skilled dancers adept in a variety of dance forms including hip hop, jazz, tap, ballet and equipped with special skills including gymnastics.
Dance Pak members share their expertise with young hopefuls as instructors at various schools throughout the city and at the Raptors Annual Dance Pak Workshops held each summer. Annual auditions are held in August, at which all current members of the dance team are required to re-audition.
Rehearsals are held each week beginning in September through to the end of the season. There are usually 2-3 three hour rehearsals per week that all Dance Pak members must attend. When not on court or in rehearsals, the dancers are all either working full-time or are full-time students in college or university. Several members can also be seen doing other dance work in movies musicals, music videos and concert tours.
~Nets Power N Motion girls~:
The Power N' Motion Dance Team is a fast-paced, high energy and interactive dance team comprised of 14 dancers who boast professional performing credits including, videos, tours, television, film and Theatre. Under the direction of choreographer Dominick DeFranco, the dance team gets its unique style by performing the routines of some of the most requested choreographers. Urban and athletic to traditional Broadway jazz and novelty, this "power packed" team performs center court at the continental airlines arena for all Nets home games.
~Blazer Dancers~:
BLAZERDANCERS are regarded as one of the top dance teams in the NBA. They perform their exciting routines at every Trail Blazers home game. More than just an in-arena feature, the BlazerDancers make countless charitable and promotional appearances in the Portland area. The squad is coached by Dee Dee Anderson, an original BlazerDancer.
~Jazz Dancers~:
Since the start of the 1992-93 season, the Nu Skin Jazz Dancers, have been featured at every home game performing energetic routines of jazz, lyrical, funk and character-type dance.
The Jazz Dancers are made up of 18 members from all over the state of Utah, Idaho and Texas with a wealth of dancing experience and a wide-variety of career goals and interests. Nu Skin Jazz Dancers practice three times a week, with each rehearsal lasting three hours under the direction of choreographer Jan Whittaker. They also practice for one hour prior to each home game.
However, dancing is only one phase of being part of the Nu Skin Jazz Dancers, as community and charity appearances are also part of the agenda. Each December, the Nu Skin Jazz Dancers accompany the Utah Jazz on their yearly visit to Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City. The Nu Skin Jazz Dancers also take part in school assemblies and various fundraising events along the Wasatch Front.
