Charcaters are well just characters.If you're going to be connected to a specific charcater from the manga (not anime) then please notify me first , it may go against the on going SL.
I realize this may encourage some of you to make ungodly powerful people.. if I see this...you will be judged and harshly with harsh concequinces.
There are main bad guys who are infact allowed to be zippy and cannot be killed, well they are our villains so they need to stick around ok ? Sides nothing like a bad ,cheesey, overpowered villain to get things all awesome.
All cities from the manga are included, extra cities may be request(including new ones with your own idea but this means it can be left open to all players).
All basic rules apply.It is perfectly ok if you want to edit a picture of Sasuke or naruto and such, after all good pictures for rp's like this can be hard to find!
