Here is what I can offer your hostel:

- A review of your hostel's facilities and staff, including my suggestions

- Training or suggestions for your staff in customer service

- Suggestions to lower your costs and increase your revenues

I will begin my work with you by asking you what you want for your hostel in the future. I will ask what you are currently satisfied with and what you would like to improve.

We will talk about what kind of experience you want your guests to have. In particular we will talk about how you want them to feel. We will also talk about the importance of caring in your hostel. In my experience, when the hostel staff feels cared about, they care about the hostel and they care about the guests. When guests feel cared about they leave better reviews.

After out talk I will carefully review your hostel, talk to your staff and guests to develop my list of suggestions for you.

The suggested length of time I will stay at your hostel is 3 days.

In exchange for my help I only ask for a discount on my stay in your hostel.

 
I will leave a review on two websites of your choice, for example, Hostelworld, Booking or Tripadvisors. I will show you a draft of the review before I submit it.

I owned my own hostel for 2 years in Europe and I have 25 years of experience staying in hostels around the world. I have a Masters degree in Business (MBA) from the USA, specializing in Human Resources. Before traveling I owned my own management consulting firm. I am also a writer and consultant in emotional intelligence, customer service, non-violent communication and conflict resolution. I have given workshops in several countries around the world, including the USA, Brazil, Australia, Portugal and Uruguay.
