"What the hell was that?" Emmy groaned as she snuggled closer to the General.

"Maybe I'd better go check it out," he sleepily replied as he began to sit up but the Diva quickly pushed him back down to her bed.

"I was just wondering, it wasn't earth shattering, besides when don't we get awaken to screaming?" She sighed as she once again snuggled against his chest as he relaxed and thought through her assessment and found himself agreeing. "Now where were we?" She purred as she pulled the tangled sheets over their heads.

"You! What the hell are you doing? I mean how did I...what did you...let go of me!" Kendra shrieked as she struggled to break free of Logan's embrace. "How could you...I mean...what...and don't look so smug clawboy...nothing happened...did it? I mean I'd know if something happened!" She stammered as she quickly stood up, and tried to smooth her wrinkled clothing. Then suddenly felt the world spin around her and Logan put his hands to her waist to steady her.

"Well...if you don't remember, I'm not telling," Logan smirked evilly as the Ho groaned once more and both noticed the small crowd of gathered Ho's watching with interest.

"What are you looking at?" Kendra shouted in panic as Laure suddenly stepped forward.

"We were informed by Ellie that there was a picnic breakfast in the maze this morning...and I must admit what we saw was rather...how shall I put this...entertaining," the mediator sighed as she suddenly reached into the basket she held and pulled something out. "Muffin?"

"I think I'm going to be sick," Kendra mumbled before racing to the nearest shrub.

"Eww...that just puts a damper on breakfast," Jen winced before quickly turning to leave along with the other gathered Ho's.

"What you're trying to tell me is, just because I used herbs from that discount warehouse store, its making my potions inferior? That's why this potion doesn't seem to work." Dorotea said in disbelief before turning to yell at the greysider. "Xani, if you can't keep her locked in the coffin then I'll have to just let Tara chase you around again," the librarian shouted as she watched Tara struggle with Xani as the Frosh Ho tried to escape.

"I'll keep her locked in this coffin...for good!" Xani growled as Tara tugged on his hair and giggled. "I'm telling you, you'd better find something to help her or I won't be responsible for my actions!"

"Since when have you ever been responsible for anything," Dor shot back as she remembered her phone conversation yet still ignored it. "And can you guys fix that wall a little more quietly...can't you see I'm on the phone!" She once again shouted over the noise of the construction.

And as if that wasn't enough chaos for the library, LP suddenly raced to the organ and began a rousing rendition of 'If I had a Hammer,' proving once and for all, all was right in the library.

The General decided that today would definitely be better than the last, he had the all night appointment with Emmy, an early morning breakfast with Ellie and then dropped by the radio station to see Julia and read a little poetry. How bad could the day get now, the disorder from the last two days definitely couldn't continue. However as he quickly strode to his office, hoping against hope his delinquent secretary had decided to end this strike, his step slowed and his mood darkened.

"I told you, I can stay here and wait for as long as it takes!" Kymira's voice snapped as it echoed down the hallway.

"Really, well two can play that game!" Jen shot back the General noticed as he neared the outer office and over those two loud voices could be heard the low roar of other Ho's who had returned for their appointment vigil.

"Damn..." he muttered aloud as he just kept walking, not even stopping when his office door came in sight. With measured steps he hurriedly made it to the nearest exit before being halted in his tracks by Shana.

"Stop right there!" Shana shouted as the General took a deep breath, smiled then turned to face her.

"Just where do you think you're going?" Shana demanded as she held a folder in her hand. "You're not running anywhere mister, we have a problem here and I think you need to fix it! Before I have to take matters in my own hands and turn this over to legal."

"Legal? Isn't that a bit drastic?" The General asked as he ran a hand through his hair.

"No, your secretary has caused a disruption to the relative calm of this campus, she's your responsibility, you fix it!"

"My responsibility? Well yes I did make her a little hostile by not backing her cause the other night, but I'm not the one who started this mess...she's upset with how the other grrls have been treating her, telling her how to do her job, second guessing her..."

"No, she's you're secretary, she's your responsibility! You either get her back to her desk by morning or I'll bring in the big dogs...got it! Good, now come with me...I had the next appointment." Shana stated before grabbing him by the shirt and dragging him to the nearest empty office.

"Ky remind me to set aside a few hours over the next few days to go shopping for a new television," Laure sighed as she stood at her window watching the Gladiators quickly move Kendra and Ellie's belongings to the rugby pitch.

"Sure, no problem," Kymira smiled as she leaned over the mediators shoulder to watch the late evening action. "Wow didn't know they had that much stuff," she tried to say with a straight face but a slight giggle escaped.

"I suppose you're behind all this aren't you?" Laure mused without turning around as she watched the General's secretary begin to run a long extension cord into the Admin building and back to her television set.

"Me..never, I'm completely innocent, Kendra's the one who broke the...lease, or whatever it is," Ky stated before quickly turning around to leave.

"Stop right there Padawan, I think we need to have a little chat, why don't you shut the door...I think its time some of us stepped in and stopped this nonsense." Laure said with a sweet smile as she turned to face Kymira, then motioned for her to take a seat.

"Nonsense...I'll give you nonsense..." Ky began as Laure just slumped to her chair and grabbed the bottle of asprins and began to listen to the tale.

"See, see what's happened!" Ellie raved as she stood in the middle of her belongings and stomped her feet as she watched her roomie run another extension cord into the Admin building and back again. "If you hadn't of gotten all self righteous I wouldn't be homeless, my pets wouldn't be homeless...and I wouldn't have to kill you!"

"Look we wouldn't be homeless if you hadn't of gone to visit Indy and the big guy hadn't of gone off in search of cheese doodles! This is not my fault, Ky did this, not me and don't even call me self righteous!" Kendra snapped as she plugged the television into the extension cord along with the lamps and quickly sank to the couch wrapping a blanket around her. "Besides, after the little breakfast picnic in the maze stunt you pulled this morning you're lucky I'm even talking to you!"

"I'm not the one who made the damned alarms go off in the middle of the night! Besides, I couldn't resist...it was just too easy...and don't do me any favors by talking to me! I'm homeless, sure Logan can live in the truck, but where am I going to stay, where's McCoy going to sleep and Haken? Tell me Ken, what is your great plan?"

"We have everything we need right here! Atleast the goofs were nice enough to arrange our things like they were in the apartment...and look I got the television working and the lights...ok so maybe we don't have cable or a phone but I'll work on that." The disgruntled Ho tried to explain as Ellie just screamed and stormed off leaving her roomie to sit in the cool night air and channel surf.

Dande and Qui-Gon were out for a romantic moonlight stroll. Arm in arm they walked, Dande giggling softly at whatever it was that her Mastah was saying. When they rounded the corner both stopped at the site of an outdoor living arrangement with a Ho watching television and quickly turned around, hoping to erase the sight.

"But didn't her hair look lovely?" Dande sighed as she and Qui-Gon continued their stroll in the opposite direction. "Oh, that reminds me, I do believe Judy will be joining us for dinner once again."

"Judith have you seen Kendra?" The General asked the barkeep as he strolled inside.

"Not tonight, last I heard she was watching television," Judy replied as she tried her best to clean her bar top but just couldn't get the rag to move.

"Judith are you feeling ill?" The General worried as he finally noticed her bar top had not been polished to its usual shine and there were glass rings spotting its once pristine top.

"Yeah, sure, whatever," the Ho stated before moving to the refill JenJen's margarita. "If you're looking for Kendra, check the rugby pitch, you can't miss her."

"Thanks, television...rugby pitch?" He mumbled as he glanced at Judy one last time then deciding to conquer one problem at a time, went to talk some sense into his secretary.

"Kendra! What are you doing out here?" The General sighed loudly as he walked out to the Ho's makeshift apartment while she watched television.

"I'm watching TV, what does it look like?" The shivering Ho replied as she began to flip the channels, until he grabbed the remote from her hand with the use of the Force. "Hey, I was using that!"

"This has gone on long enough, this is utterly ridiculous," he began as he stood before her blocking the view of the television and doing his best intimidation stance.

"Ridiculous? I'll tell you what's ridiculous, Ky evicting Ellie and I out because she can't remember her schedule with you...now that's ridiculous!" Kendra snapped as she refused to look in his eyes and concentrated on the moon's reflection in the shine of his boots.

"True...we'll speak to Kymira about this little eviction problem in the morning, but first you need to go inside and get warm...and not in the bar either...and we'll discuss this strike you've called." He suggested, "do you truly realize how much I appreciate what you do for me?"

"No...yes...I don't know, you're just trying to confuse me," the wayward Ho stammered between chills. "Just leave me alone, I'm fine, so what if everyone doesn't appreciate me...they'll see what I do isn't as easy as it looks...tell me how do you think they'd have handled that mouthy Frosh the other day telling me how to do my job?"

"Alright that's enough...inside," the General stated as he scooped the on strike Ho into his arms and carried her into the Admin building as she tried to wiggle free.

"I'm not going to change my mind! I refuse!" Kendra bellowed as they entered the building and he took her into his office, past the room full of awaiting Ho's.

"Hey, that's not fair!" Jen shouted as the General walked by with an arm full of Ho.

"Definitely not!" Another protested as the General slammed the door shut.

Minutes later the door to the General's office burst open and an irate Ho stormed out. Kendra went straight to her desk, after throwing a Frosh Ho out of her chair and plopped down.

"See...happy now...I'm at my desk! Maybe I'll just live here since I have no place to LIVE and sit here like a good little girl since YOU want to sue me!" Kendra snapped as she started rifling through her desk.

"I don't want to sue you! It was Shana's idea...but I wouldn't.."

"Yeah right, you can't sue me because I'm back at my desk, so there, it doesn't mean I have to work right?" She exclaimed before sticking her tongue out at him. "So go ahead and sue me now!"

"Kendra, this is ridiculous, childish...uncalled for, if you'd just let me explain things to you," he tried to persuade.

"Alright, who the hell stole my gummy fish? Somebody better fess up cause they're going down!"

"Just calm down, I'll buy you more candy...why are you behaving like this?" The General demanded as he noticed the room had cleared during the gummy fish threat.

"I don't know...I'm tired, I'm cold, I'm confused and I just want to be appreciated around here. I'm just tired of the lowliest of Frosh trying to make up the rules for appointments, second guessing my job, I just wanted to show everyone that its not as easy as it looks sitting out here. And all I've got from this strike is a massive hangover, evicted, Ellie wanting to kill me and threats of a law suit and still none of my demands were met let alone anybody knowing I was even gone...nothing."

"Love, believe me everyone knew you were on strike," the General grinned as his secretary just sank her head to the desk and closed her eyes. "This place hasn't been the same without you."

"Yeah right..." she mumbled before falling asleep and the General putting the blanket around her shoulders. And with that, he turned off the lights, and collapsed into a chair and watched the Ho sleep while he tried to think of a way to make her feel appreciated and hopefully return to work before Shana decided to sue his secretary.
