Thai Tofu Stir-Fry
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking time:10 minutes
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
350-g package extra fim tofu
2 small zuchinni
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp  soy sauce
2 tsp hot chili garlc sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
4 0z sliced button mushrooms
1/3 cup basil, corrianderand/or parsley

Step 1:
Slice tofu and zucchinni into french-fry shaped sticks (prefferably about 2 1/2 in x 1/4 in.) heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large, nonstick skillet over mediem high heat. add tofu and stirfry till golden brown(about 4-6 minutes) remove and keep warm
Step 2:
In a small bowl mix orange juice. soy sauce,chili garlic sauce,cornstarch, and salt.  set aside.

Step 3:
add remaining oil to pan. miw in Zuchiini and mushrooms. stir until mushrooms are brown around the edges (5 minutes)
step 4:
ad tofu and orange juice mixture to pan. stir until sauce thickens. Test and serve!
