Our Facilities

	We are located on over 200 acres of lush rolling grassland dotted with beatiful White Pine. Much of this land is divided into pastures. We have 5 one acre paddocks with sheds and several larger paddocks with run-ins to house horses overnight and in bad weather. Our facilities also include an Olypmic size dressage ring and several other outdoor arenas used for jumping and flat work. In addition, we have a cross country course that has remained almost natural.
Virginia Frame Builders	We currently have two barns on the property. The first barn is the stud barn. This is a twenty stall barn, complete with feedroom, tackroom and washstall, and equipped with specially reinforced dividers between the stalls and removable upper partitions to help curb the occasional disagreement between our horses. The next barn is the main barn, with 100 stalls. There is an overhead hayloft and office. This building is heated in the winter and there is A/C for the rare day in the summer when it is hot enough to be needed. There is also a washstall and feedroom. There are several tackrooms throughout the barn.
Virginia Frame Builders Virginia Frame Builders	NEW! Due to increasing demand for boarding at our stables, we have decided to build a new barn. This boading barn will include 30 box stalls, a feed room, crossties, a tack room and a wash stall. It will be not quite as busy as the training barn where the most of the race horses are kept. Boarders can relax and enjoy the day at the farm doting on thier animals in the heated tack room complete with a full bath and a kitchenette. Owners are also provided a lockable closet to house thier equipment and grooming supplies when not in use. Because of the newly-opened Racing Program, a new turf racetrack as well as a dirt track have bewill be added soon in order to train our horses and host races at our establishment.
Each of the other barns is equiped with feed room, tack room and cross ties in every aisle. The stalls are roomy and allow socialization between the horses; but in the case of a more aggresive horse, there are partitions that can be used to block contact from those around him/her. 	In addition to the barns, there are several other buildings on the property including an tractor barn, hay shed and the owner's house. We train our horses to be very versatile so everyone is an all-arounder. Please feel free to take a look around and email me any questions.
