| Present: Jody O'Neill, Carol Filinski, Leah Filinski, Kelly Filinski, Andrea Johnson, Sandy Bijakowski, Suzanne Farr, Ryan Farr, Nyla Coletto, & Sylas Coletto Absent: Jessica Gloyd, Emily Swayze, & Olivia Swayze Location: Golden Horseshoe Equestrian Centre Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM Business: 1) Present members recited pledge 2) Sandy asked if anyone had any new business they wanted to discuss 3) Carol handed out sheets for everyone to record what items they had collected for the silent auction. 4) This is what has been collected so far: Ward Burton collectible car, board games, Terry Labonte fuel pump, gift certificates from Ancaster Flower Shop & Canadian Tire, teddy bear, lion, free movie rentals, bird house, grass fertilizer, Tim Hortons thermos, day trip for 2 to Flamboro Downs, donations from A & P 5) Jody said that everyone should show up at 11:00 AM to help set up for the dance 6) If anyone wanted certain songs for the dance, they need to bring the cd. 7) Meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM Minutes prepared by: Suzanne Farr |
