Gone Forever
You were but a jolly steed,
One of a tame and nobel breed.
Your heart as sweet as  as a candy cane,
And looks that no one could ever gain.
Your coat like sweet butterscotch,
And mane so white i ne'er forgot.

We would gallop up themountains high,
and gallop through those plaines so dry.
As you stopped to takea drink,
I would watch, watch and think.
I'd think about all those hows,
The ones we'd be in untill it snows.

But now your gone, oh so far,
I often wounder where you are.
We'll ne'er receive that sweet  sweet prize,
and ill ne'er gaze into those emerald eyes.
The only wish i have for now,
Is that you stay safe, Safe and sound.
