That is the motto behind this year's event at Busch Gardens' Howl-O-Scream, which includes six haunted houses, five scare shows, two sizzling shows, and roller-coasters in the dark, featuring the new SheiKra coaster, America's only dive coaster, diving you 200 feet into total complete darkness.

You were warned.
HOUSES
The Hunted - You hoped for a peaceful retreat at this secluded hunting lodge, but these woods seem too quiet. The smell of smoke lingers as you discover the smoldering remains of a building burned to cover a killer's tracks. Now, the seclusion ensures that no one will hear the screams when you become the prey.
The Mortuary "The Mourning After" - The silence of this place is broken only by the low sobs of the mourners, the cracking of decaying skin and the sizzle of the crematory furnace. On the road of life, this is your last stop - your final resting place - as you prepare for the Mourning After your dying day.
The 3rd Dimension - Enter a three-demensional nightmare that will deceive your eyes and torment your mind. Nothing is what it seems as ordinary objects twist into a fluorescent frenzy of color and light, oozing out of the walls and destroying the distinction between vision and hallucination.
After Hours "Dead of Night" - Welcome to club MUSE, where some would be willing to sacrifice anything to get into the V.I.P. room. But as the pounding music fades behind you, you realize that the party is over. In this dark labyrinth of inspiration and madness, creation begins where torture ends. All great artwork is filled with pain...
Deathly Departed - Happiness filled the air as the wedding day dawned, but it was a murderous spirit of jealous rage that walked down the aisle. More than a century later, this house is still haunted by the bloodstains of unrequited love and the wandering souls of the slain wedding guests. Here comes the bride.. too bad she died.
Freaked - Step right up, lay your money down - there's a new carnival in town! Mistress Macabre has stolen the show, gutting Darkheart's and replacing the Fear Fair with her monstrous parade of freaks. There are wonders to thrill you, marvels to chill you.... and of course the clowns who will try to kill you.
Scare Zones
Root of All Evil - An unearthly force has burrowed into this quiet town - surging through the trees and blossoming in the town's children, intensifying their mischievousness to pure evil. As adults infested with this immature cruelty, they haunt an overgrown playground that is twisted with the vines of the monstrous plants, asking innocently.. "Do you want to play?"
Wicked Woods - You may have made it "over the river," but few who enter will survive this walk "through the woods". The trees resent your intrusion, and the grim fairy tale creatures that hide among their bewitched branches are getting hungry. Your "once upon a time" is about to run out.
Widows Walk - When their true loves sailed away, these women were young and radiant brides. Now, the sound of the ocean drowns the mournful sobs as their spirits still pace the Widows Walk each day, gazing out over the waves and waiting patiently for husbands who were long ago swallowed by the sea.
Bone Grinders - A cracked and jagged skull spans the narrow path that leads deep into a labyrinth of bone and rock. Living skeletons lurk in the shadows and keep a fire burning in the furnace - ready to strip your flesh and add to their collection another set of creaking, clacking bones.
Restless Death - In this forgotten graveyard, the long-dead haven't quite gotten it through their skulls that they're no longer welcome to the land of the living. Tangles of moss shroud this place where black magic and a medly of funeral dirges swirl through the mist.
Shows
Fiends - Is there a doctor in the house? This captivating crew of creatures of the night will infect you with dance fever while their wicked vixens keep your temperature up and your heart pounding. Dr. Freakenstein is operating tonight, and you never know who will end up on the table.
Haunt Me Baby One More Time - This show dies before it ever gets started. Well, not the performance... just the performers. The zombified remains of iconic rock stars return to the stage - surrounded by a company of Living Dead dancers - for one last opportunity to strut their stuff. It's the chance of an after-lifetime.
