My face is painted,
Looking in the mirror.
Underneath it all,
I stare at a blank canvas,
The idleness of potential,
Total abstract expressionism;
Tears that blur my view,
The kinetic movement,
Impressionism;
Surrealism,
My war paint,
My smile.
