A Sleepless Night

White clouds pass me by
like jumping sheep
And the ship that could not float
I still can not sleep

I imagined a paper boat
Sailing down the drain
Out of sight and into the guttter
With a lonely refrain

Like a knife through butter
The iceberg ripped through the hull
Frostbitten tears that no one can deny
In a moment's crystallized lull

So many people still lie
And the oceans still weep
The captain still the goat
And I still can not sleep
