Designed by Hermon MacNeil, this design replaced the Barber quarter in 1916 and was minted 1930. The left arm of Liberty bears a shield while the right hand bears the olive branch of peach

Washington Quarter

The Washington quarter was intended to be a commemorative issue marking the 200th anniversary of Washington's birth. It remains our current quarter design and was issued in 90% silver from 1932 through 1964.

Walking Liberty Half Dollars

Designed by Adolph Weinman, the Walking Liberty design replaced the Barber Half Dollar in 1916 and was minted through 1947

Franklin Half Dollar

Also designed by John Sinnock, the Franklin-Liberty Bell design was used on half dollars struck from 1948 through 1963.
