1.       8 CUPS ROLLED OAKS (UNCOOKED)

2.       2 CUPS WHEAT BRAN

3.       2 CUPS WHEAT GERM

4.       2 CUPS SUNFLOWER SEEDS (UNCOOKED & UNSALTED)

5.       1 CUP SESAME SEEDS

6.       2 CUPS SLICED ALMONDS

7.       2 TABLE SPOONS CINNAMON
-MIX THIS DRY MIX 1-7 IN A LARGE TURKEY PANN

8.       1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL

9.       1 CUP HONEY

10.   1/2 CUP WATER

11.   1 TABLE SPOON MOLASSES

12.   2 TEA SPOONS VANILLA
-HEAT WET MIX 8-12 IN A SAUCE PAN UNTIL BLENDED TOGETHER.
-POUR WET MIX 8-12 OVER DRY MIX 1-7 IN THE LARGE TURKEY PAN.
-BAKE THE COMBINATION AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR & 15 MINUTES.
-MIX (TURNOVER) THE CONTENTS EVERY 15 MINUTTES.
-ADD A BOX OF RAISINS (24 OZ) WHEN MIXING ((TURNOVER) FOR THE LAST TIME.
-LET COOL, PUT IN A LARGE JOHNSON’S POPCORNN CONTAINER FOR THE MONTH, EAT FOUR TO SIX TABLESPOONS WITH 1/2 BANANA AND MILK FOR BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING.
