I wrote this poem when our eldest son, Kobe was only a few months old. Of course now, we have three beautiful boys! Hope you like it.
Our Son What can I say Our son is an angel, And his name Is Jacob Emmanuel. An angel disguised As a fussy baby, With cute little toes That anyone can see. He's got a lovely smile A smile with no teeth, Sparkling little eyes And chubby little feet. Le loves to laugh As much as he does to cry, He fills our hearts with joy Without giving a try. God's precious gift Giver of boundless joy, A true heaven's blessing He's our little boy! Francesca Y. Niegas April 20 1999

This next short poem is kinda personal, it' concerns my husband. I wrote this when were just a couple of months married. Married young, we were both still immature and a little irresponsible then. We're much 'better' now but of course the learning and growing never really ends, doesn't it?
Where Are You With your friends You relax and enjoy, Not considering Your wife and baby boy. Do you miss us? I bet not too much, Imiss your company I miss your touch. They aren't even Your true friends, Still you go on And follow their trends. You're able to enjoy Without the two of us, It hurts me inside Can't let it pass. Do they take our place While we're gone, Do they fill the empty space Of your wife and son? Are your priorities Set right and straight? Or compared to others Are we second rate? You do love us And we love you, Do you miss us Cause we miss you. Francesca Y. Niegas May 30 1999
