Hope, Inc. is unique to the Mineral Wells area because our mission is not just to provide a temporary home for abused women and their children, but to empower them by giving them the tools they will need to break out of the cycle of abuse. Kathy Smith, our Victim's Advocate, will help abused women understand their legal rights and will give them free, confidential help and assist them with legal procedures.
