Complete AIR (Smog) Pump System

 

The Exhaust manifolds are off a June, 72 Vette.  They are both coded 3932461 which is correct for late 72 production.  One is dated E29 (May 29^th) and the other F9 (June 9^th).

 

The tubes are not coded but were installed in the manifolds noted above.  The check valves are both coded 5361992 and have no dates.  The diverter valve is not coded or dated.

 

The bracket is coded 3923214.

 

The pump is coded 7832904.  The date code was partially ground off when the diverter was seated but it appears to be A164. The fins on the fan are black.  Those on 72’s were white so, this appears to be a later pump.  The pump turns freely by hand.

 

The pulley is coded 3917234 AL.
