I saw Alford perform this workout in Fort Wayne at an clinic when I was in high school. Great workout for a guards and wing players.  Same principles can be applied for post players just substituting inside post moves. Takes about 50 minutes to 1 hour.  We substitute Ed Schillings "Chill Drill" and some 2 ball dribble drills we learned from Alicia Ratay of Notre Dame for Alford's dribbling segments.  If she has helpers, we substitute Mark Few's movement off screens for the chair segment.   Then we like to end the workout with up to 3 of Bob Hurley's "Syracuse" Drills.
I love this concept of timed intervals to music.  My daughter really improved her skills by focusing on this workout the summer before 7th grade.  Great all around workout particularly for forwards / wing players that need both inside and outside moves as well as good ball handling skills. Brian Evans (or better yet Larry Bird) was this type player that had this reportie of moves. Evans is the demostrator for this video.
