Until I met you
How you gazed up at me
With your big golden eyes
Studying me
Searching for any sign of a threat
Then you stood
And ever so cautiously came over to me
You presented yourself softly
As you spoke still unsure
Melting my heart
With your sweetness
I held you
Gazing into your beautiful golden eyes
