1. Poachers having the expensive equipment and swimming means. The first group the most dangerous to a population of sea animals. They are very well equipped; many have guns, " for shooting from fish supervision ". They earn the big money for our places. The harvest of such poachers is very great.
2. Less dangerous category. They use the cheap equipment and not automatic swimming means. As against the first group such poachers do not earn much, in general these people very poor and are engaged in poaching because of impossibility to realize themselves in other spheres.
3. The third group hardly can be named the Present poachers, but actually they those are. The basic feature which distinguishes them from the previous two groups, it that they are engaged in a craft not with the purpose to earn on life. Harm from their activity is insignificant, as it is not enough for them that remains after clearing a bottom by first two groups.
Separate group of poachers engaged illegal catching fishes (for example, using nets). The basic object of their craft - red caviar. Such poachers are vulnerable for fish supervision as the method of such fishery is difficult enough.
Because of poaching the population of trepangs and scallops suffers. Scallops basically go on a home market, and trepangs are illegally exported to China where it is in demand huge demand.
It is interesting, that in China the Russian tourists from Vladivostok can have a meal a trepang caught in their edges, and dishes from Russian trepangs in China are much cheaper, than in Russia.
If poaching does not stop, in some years we will not find any individual of animals witch were mentioned above. And poachers will have nothing to catch. In our opinion the government in existing position cannot change a situation because of the reason most widespread for our country - shortage of financial assets.
