Long ago there was this righteous knighthood that wielded ice weapons that Lord Eiss made in the Volkatis mountains in the Northlands. Lord Eiss was the first to meet Joeb and train him from a child up, and he was welcomed in Eiss castle with his family and friends.

Joeb Vishnu was born as the son of a noble family of merchants in the lands of Volkantia. His father, as well as his brothers, was always away in his travels for Lord Eiss. This often times left him at home with his mothers and sisters. He learned well from them. From his mother he learned the faith in Chandel and from his elder sister he learned to be noble and kind to others. When he reached the age of 8 Joeb petitioned his father to take him to the school within Lord Eiss's city that he could learn to be a warrior. Spending four years studying tactics and warfare, he was taken by a noble man and warrior under Lord Eiss's command at the age of 12.

He spent five of his years as little more then a servant. At the age of 17 he became a valued squire for this knight. The one thing none knew was that the entire time of his service, Joeb had been ever faithful to Chandel's ways having kept the Canon of Chandel his mother gave him before his departure. After being a squire for only a year, he was brought into Lord Eiss's army. Specifically under the command of a man named Sir Luntal.

He was a great warrior; who followed Chandel faithfully. A true paladin was Joeb. He spent four years with Sir Luntal, before he was called away to fight in a series of crusades for Lord Eiss. So, at the young age of 22 he went off to war. Joeb was sent off to war as a field surgeon. His skills of healing were renown, even though he had no clerical healing. His knowledge of diagnosis and herbs in combination with bandaging and specific medical knowledge was great. However, even though he spent his time as a field surgeon, many a time he found himself fighting more then the average soldier to not only save his life, but the lives of those he was to work on.

Ten years after him being sent to battle, Joeb was called back to his home. Upon his return he was given a few months to recover and be with his elder sister, the only one left of his family. Then, he was abruptly given another mission. He was to travel to the southern lands and specifically the town of L'ombre and even more specifically the Obsidian Tavern. His work may well be cut out for him. Yet, all he now wishes is to settle down and be at peace. Perhaps in time they could live peacefully once chaos was under control.

Then he met his head knight Tanis Halfelven who swayed had swayed from his beliefs of light to the dark in retribution and trials of what life dealt him, only to return to hold up his faith to his god and light beliefs once again. Tanis has helped many a journeyman in times of danger and trouble, and he has helped build the town of L;Ombre and even the Lighthouse on the Vermillion Ocean. Although darkness seems prominent in the world, with men like Tanis someday it may vanish.

Then another wandered up the same hill to this world named bostaff, swearing his allegiance to Chandel, and fairing well as he committed to join the Honor Knights. In prayer to their lord Chandel someday may help them make a safe haven for travelers in the world.

Then their prayers were answered, Lord Eiss and Joeb have built barracks in the Western Transian forest, and have provided barrack s, and houses to their knights. The structure was made of stone and they have a covered arena to practice in, having the cover made of straw and mud to protect them from the elements. They prided themselves in taking in those weary from travel to stay in some of these homes and provide food to them, until they could make due in the world on their own. Other property near this forest have scattered homes for their knights who have families, cottages but very well kept.

Soon another; Lord Eiss commits to recruit with Joeb after hearing about heinous murders reported in LOmbre. He meets a young squire named Ryan Cassiel and takes him to the Honor Knights barracks in promise to train and house him comfortably. Joeb seemed pleased with the new recruit and the Honor Knights once again are building in numbers.
