God is the Perfection of the Universe. God is the only Power and the only Presence. God is all there is and I am one with God and all that is. Made in the likeness and image of the Spirit of God, I know that I am complete, perfect and whole. I am the unique, individualized expression of God.

My body is the perfect creation of God. God�s Love is the substance of my good health, and I am always protected by this Divine Love. I am safe and secure and willing to grow through Spirit�s guidance. I am willing to forgive the past and create new and positive thoughts with all the love I need for the present. The Law of Mind reveals to me whatever I need to know. Divine Wisdom comes forth, assisting me in making the correct choices for my body and its nourishment. All of this is always clear to my conscious recognition. I am ready and willing to adopt any changes in my diet that are correct for my body�s needs.

I am grateful for my body�s right and perfect weight and am thankful that I can nourish myself with the spiritual food that will always satisfy and free me. I give thanks that I weigh what is right for me, and I feel good about myself.

Releasing these words with faith, I know that the acceptance of this truth is my strength, power and perfection.

AND SO IT IS!
