In December of 1995 a couple of miraculous births occurred simultaneously. My son Bryan was born, and Cleft talk was started.
When my path was gloomy, dark and grey
you lit a candle and helped to guide my way.
When times are tough and I am weak,
you help give me the strength I seek.
When I was confused and felt alone,
you embraced me with love and made me your own.
Because you helped me when I was down
my attitude has turned around.
A better mommy I have become
and all the negativity has been undone.
And I approach each day with joy
and gratitude for my precious boy.
