After 2 years of communicating via email...we finally got to meet up in real life!! Sarah, like Sheldon, was also born with a bilateral cleft lip (and palate).

We hope to see more of Sarah and her family in the future (We live in the same state, about 100 miles apart and Sarah's grandparents live in our town!)
