Ustarda is a 16 year-old loud mouth, & never hesitates to say exactly what she thinks. Ustarda's opinions can be the equivalent of a verbal slap in the face, she will never ever hide her true opinions, and doesn't bother to sugar-coat her thoughts, even in the most mundane conversations. She is very active & loves P.E.,She's a Haruka-like tomboy,and loves flirting with pretty girls, Ustarda is inlove with almost all kinds of music & can play just about any musical insurment there is.
Her favorite musical insurment to play would be the paino,the voilin and the flute.She enjoys learning aslong as it's a subject she likes,is smart but only when she needs to be.To the people who don't now her well she can comeoff as Arrogant, rude,tackless. . . well let's face it a bitch.
Ustarda is *very* sneaky, extremely sarcastic, and a huge smart-ass. She doesn't treat adults with respect unless she thinks that they deserve some kind of respect. For example, she didn't treat Seiya with any respect at all,But she showed a lot of respect to Kakyuu, probably because she really liked her attitude.
Ustarda doesn't express emotion that much. In fact, she keeps the same expression on her face a lot of the time. She barely laughs.(Unless it's at some-one else. . >>;;) The only time that she has really laughed is when the Three lights where trying to help Abbie cook and everything was a disaster. Abbie,her sister said that she, had never even seen Ustarda laugh so much. Ustarda also doesn't show love a lot either.
But under that bitchy-ness is a wonderful,caring,kind, heart & soul. She can be wonderful to the people she cares about is wonderful to her true friends & is always there for them, she can be very funny at times but when it comes to being a sailorsenshi she takes her duty very seriously & is a firce fighter.
As a senshi she is sarcastic and even a little sadistic. She loves to fight, and she even likes pain.Sailor Chibi-Stardust always tends to brag and comes off seeming a extremly egotistical all the times. She holds a dark past & takes it out on her enemies.
But hell,If your entire planet was destored,and if you entire family was killed by mad demons & then you where force to leave everything behind to live with your grandmother then she dies & you have to leave everything behind again & have these mad demons chasing after you ,trying to kill you & your only living sister you would be a BIT cranky to don't ya think?!?!?!.
But it is the massive dark side of Ustarda/Chibi-Stardust that makes her such an excellent soldier, but it also causes her more pain than anything else.
Her sacrificial nature is her greatest strength, for it makes her invaluable to the Senshi but it is also her greatest weakness.
Ustarda totally looks up to Haruka but has a Usagi/Chibi-usa thing going on with Michiru.She soon befriends Chibi-Usa & Hotaru, but at times keeps her distentce from them for their own sake.
Now I did say something about her being loving right?Well she is. She loves her sister Abbie,with all her heart enough though Ustarda thinks that Abbie love Seiya more she loves her.She refuses to tell Abbie her problems,& can come off as depressed,moody,sad,& very,very,weird.
A little something else is Ustarda is has a ego. She is vain. Kinda like Seiya.She also has odd pyshic powers. Like Hotaru she can heal but will take on the person illness/wounds,and also for being so small she has a large
amount of phyical power.
