Just as wind carries with it the fragrance, the soul carries with it the five senses of a body. Even though the five sense organs of body are intact in a dead body, they won't work as their sensitiveness were carried away by the soul while leaving the body. Even if we are alive and sense organs are in the stream of blood circulation, these sense organs won't function unless they are contacted with the inner five senses. It is due to this some times we don't hear, feel, smell, taste and see what we could hear, feel smell, taste and see.

Man becomes, what he thinks at the time of his death. If he thinks his pet dog, horse, cat he takes birth as such. If he is so fond of his relative ad worried about his future welfare he takes birth as his kid to fulfill the last ambition. If he is able to think God and dies, he reaches God's presence and never takes renaissance.

It is not so easy to think God at the time of death. He who thinks God always during his lifetime can only be able to remember God at the time of his death also, as it will be so easy for a student of regular day to day studies to pass examination at the time of examination.
