THE DREAM
Sometimes in life you know it's true
Someone comes along and touches you
In a way that no-one else can do
I dream this same dream every night when I sleep
And I pray that it's you in my life I can keep
It's a dream that some day you'll be near me
The dream that I keep in my heart
And distance cant keep us apart
I sit wanting to know if you hear me
So take this dream and hold it too
Because I long to be with you
And if you can believe in any dream
I hope it's the same dream as mine
I silently hold it and wont make a fuss
And then maybe if I'm lucky enough
This dream one day will be granted
To us........
