Woofboy111: Hello Honest Doris. I know you said you will wring my neck if you ever see me online again, but I couldn't resist talking to you. So, Wassup?

Honest Doris: I am having trouble with the Aol. I seem to be losing it all the time. Why????

Woofboy111: what do you mean losing it? It disconnects?

Woofboy111: I've been getting that a lot more lately too, but it seems it only happens to me when I have many programs running, and some of them are downloading, and thats using AOL version 5.0.

Woofboy111: I doubt that you have more that one program running at a time (when you look at your taskbar at the buttom of the screen, you have a start button, then it says America online, and then it has the time), so I don't think this is a problem for you.

Honest Doris: tWICE I TRIED SENDING SIENA A CONGRATULATIONS MESSAGE FOR GRADUATING. EACH TIME I GETTO THE MESSAGE PART I CANNOT WRITE MY MESSAGE. I CANNOT MOVE THE CURSOR. WHY

Honest Doris: HOW DO I CONTACT AOL TO QUESTION THEM//

Woofboy111: Is this your only problem? It sounds like your computer is just freezing.

Woofboy111: I'm looking up aol's number now.

Woofboy111: the two numbers that you could try are:

and the second one is:
1-800-827-6364

Woofboy111: If thats your only problem, they may be able to help, but they may not be able to. Be forwarned...It seems like as soon as they are done helping you, they try to sell you something.
