Low Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients: 1/2 cup margarine 2/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup light brown sugar 1 egg 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 375ºF, and in a large mixing bowl, beat the margarine, sugar, and brown sugar until nice and creamy. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until it is lightly browned.
