Cajun Cornbread 

1lb Ground Beef

1lb Jimmy Dean Sausage (regular)

1 Onion Chopped

Brown the above all together drain and set aside 

3 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix (prepared just like the box says) 

Mix in the following

1 can Cream Style Corn

1 can regular Whole Kernel Corn

1 can Wolf Brand Chili w/o beans

2 cups grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Browned meat

3-4 tsp Louisiana seasoning. 

Grease baking pan (need one 13x9 and one small baking pan) bake at 
350 degrees until slightly browned on top.  (Almost an hour)
